Hemp Fiber for Erosion & Sediment Control
Hemp Fiber can be used for producing:
- rolled erosion control products (RECPs) such as blankets
- sediment retention fiber rolls (SRFRs) such as wattles
- added to hydraulic erosion control products (HECPs)
Hemp Fiber is biodegradable, and can be combined with other natural fibers to produce erosion and sediment control products. There are several different decorticated technical hemp fiber grade options available, depending on the application.
